EXPOSŌME Exhibitor Application

IMPORTANT: This is a formal application to exhibit at EXPOSŌME. Due to high demand, we are currently operating with a waitlist system. All applications will be added to our waitlist, and our team will contact you as space and capacity become available. Thank you for your interest in exhibiting at EXPOSŌME at Eudēmonia Summit. Eudēmonia will take place November 13-16, 2025 in West Palm Beach, Florida. Exhibitor hours will be from 9a - 5p daily, November 14 - 16, 2025. Our mission is to help our attendees become architects of their own good health. Science-backed, effective products & services play a significant role in supporting our mission, and we are seeking innovative exhibitors in consumer wellness tech, personalized medicine, at-home testing, supplementation and nutrition, fitness, and other consumer health & well-being categories. Pricing & Booth Information: 2025 booth pricing starts at $6000 for a 10x10' footprint and increases based on booth size and placement. Available sizes range from a 10x10' to a 40x40' footprint. For complete pricing details, please request a rate sheet. We estimate more than 120 exhibitors will participate in EXPOSŌME 2025. Application Process: No fee is required to submit this application All applicants will be placed on our waitlist upon submission Our team will review applications and contact waitlisted exhibitors as booth space becomes available If selected from the waitlist and you choose to proceed, you will be confirmed as an exhibitor and required to pay your deposit to secure your booth space We appreciate your patience as we work through our waitlist and will be in touch as soon as space allows. If accepted: You will be confirmed as an exhibitor and we will immediately begin the onboarding process, which includes: Finalizing your booth size and placement Collecting your required deposit payment Providing exhibitor materials and guidelines Confirming your participation in November 2025 By submitting this application, you acknowledge that acceptance constitutes a commitment to exhibit at EXPOSŌME 2025 and to complete the payment and onboarding process.
